Walking
The immediate area around Casa San Gabriel is ideal for a leisurely 1 or 2 hour walk in the unspoilt countryside of our valley. The valleys are a mass of wild flowers in the spring and stunning colours in the autumn.
We can also provide maps and details of a number of walks in this area that range in length and difficulty, for example to the summits of Monte Tezio and Mount Subasio or the area around Lake Trasimeno.
Monte Tezio walk, with views as far as Lake Traismeno. This start of this walk is only 10 mins drive from Casa San Gabriel and the summit can be seen from the swimming pool.
